Old Phone Apps Purchased Needs Transferred

On my old phone, I had a paid radar service that I used all the time. I would like to get it transferred without paying for it again. Is their a simple way to do this? Radarscope is the app.

Unfortunately this is on a case by case basis depending on how the app operates. Some are tied to your phone # and will transfer to wherever device your phone # is tied to. Some are specific to the device itself and if you paid a one time license to use the app, unfortunately there's no way to move the license to another device.

Recommendation is to do some digging online and see what other customers may have experienced or tried or if there is any documentation on the website for the company that manages the app.
