Alternative Phone/Internet Service providers (privacy-committed, to go with privacy phones)

Hello all, I am considering a ghost (privacy) phone & laptop, but without a privacy service provider I'm not sure how much good they'd be. Of course, the service provider needs to be solid. I heard of "Patriot Mobile" but I read they were recently hacked and before that they had trouble with leaking information about their subscribers. Thoughts and recommendations would be appreciated!

PureTalk, efani, PatriotMobile are all decent options.
