Downloading photos on Ghost Phone

I have taken some photos with the phone. When I plug it into my computer there are no files that show up. I did not find any tutorials on what I need to do to download photos from the phone except to put it on an external drive. I am hoping I can just do this straight to my computer. Can anyone guide me through this? Thank you.

Go to settings and in the search bar, search for file. It should show File transfer options. Click on this and below use USB for, select File Transfer. This should now allow you to transfer photos over USB.
