Voicemail Ghost Phone Pixel 6

I don't seem to have voicemail on my phone. When I hit the app it goes to Tik tok and asks if I want to download an app.

I am getting phone calls and can't find voicemail or don't have it set up. Please Advise

First, please note that voicemail is NOT controlled by the device itself but a service that is managed and provided by your carrier that can be accessed through the device.

Second, what app are you hitting that is taking you to TikTok? This should NEVER be happening with any of the apps that have been pre-loaded on the Ghost Phone's we ship out... so understanding exactly what you're doing to get this response would be extremely helpful.

Re: your voicemail, open the phone app you would use to initiate a phone call and look on the bottom of the screen. It should have 4 icons (Favorites / Recents / Contacts / Voicemail).

Tap on Voicemail (bottom right). This should show you what voicemails, if any, you have received and will allow you to listen to them. For most all carriers this automatically will populate, however, if you have not setup voicemail with your carrier yet, you need to contact them directly to set this up! A simple search online for "how do I setup voicemail with my (name of carrier) account" should get you pointed in the right direction to make this happen.

Again, as mentioned above, voicemail is not something that is controlled by the device but by the carrier, so you need to contact them to get this up and running for you. Once setup, your voicemails will show up in the area outlined above.
