Tap the Settings gear icon.
Go to the Search section on top and type "emergency".
Tap Emergency SOS.
Turn this off.

The search bar in settings is your friend. More often than not you can find what you're looking for with that tool!

Understand that when you create a new user profile your SIM/eSIM does not automatically transfer over to the new environment. You can do this within the settings of the environment.

This is likely why it does not recognize you have service.
